Why Coachly exists

Our coaching teams were juggling Google Docs for session notes, email for invitations, and awkward CRM fields that made no sense for client relationships. We needed a home for:

  • Session notes that can be pinned, searched, and referenced by anyone who jumps in.
  • Calendar-aware scheduling that respects Google Calendar tokens and keeps availability accurate.
  • Branded invitations, mention alerts, and billing emails that sound like they came from us—not a robot.
